Town of Addis Minutes Amendment: November 2, 2005 Meeting

TOWN OF ADDIS MINUTES AMENDMENT

At the regular meeting of the Mayor Pro-Temp and Town Council for the Town of Addis, a motion was made by Councilman Cazes, 2nd by Councilman Gauthreaux to amend the minutes of the November 2, 2005 meeting as follows: “Add contingencies to the motion approving the rezoning of a portion of Sugar Mill Plantation for a mixed use development, as requested, contingent upon (1) documents for Association restrictions to be presented at the same time as the preliminary plat, (2) pictures of proposed condos and garden homes presented before construction, and (3) stub hubs for future roads installed. The motion was adopted unanimously.
