Ordinance:

The following Ordinance was offered by A.C. Bujol, and duly seconded by W.A. Nichols.

Whereas, upon a petition presented by the land owners residing within, the locality and property owners of Blocks 7,8,9, &10 of the first subdivision of Addis, Louisiana. As per map drawn of said town and duly recorded in the Parish of West Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Whereas, it was shown by said property owners that the use of said alley ways as designed in said map, in no longer necessary or beneficial, to village of Addis, Louisiana, for a public use or streets and the same appears to have been abandoned.

Therefore, by virtue of authority of act of 194 of 1910, it is ordained that the said alleys, as designated and shown on said plat and survey, of Blocks, 7,8,9, & 10 be and the same are hereby revoked and closed and that the property owners adjacent thereto shall revert the ownership of said property to the center line of said alleys.

Upon roll call, the following parties voting yes—W.C. Myhand, W.A.Nichols

And A.C. Bujol
