Minutes of last regular meeting read and on motion Hilton Guidry seconded by W.J. Goodwin and unanimously carried adopted as read.

Motion by Deville seconded by Guidry that all outstanding bills are paid.

There being no further business before the Council motion by Goodwin seconded by Guidry meeting adjourned.
