Minutes of the regular meeting March 3rd read and on motion of A.E. Fitzgerald seconded by W. Rabalais adopted as read. Minutes of Special meeting March 1st read and on motion W. Rabalais seconded by J.C. Burton adapted as read. Minutes of regular meeting of April 7th read and on motion J.C. Burton seconded by A.E. Fitzgerald adopted as read. Minutes of the last regular meeting May 19th read and on motion A.E. Fitzgerald seconded by W. Rabalais adopted as read.

There being no further business before the Council motion by J.C. Burton seconded by A.E. Fitzgerald meeting closed.
