Also present Marshall Charles Tuminello and Allen Clourtre, Jr.

Minutes of last meeting read and on motion W. Rabalais seconded by A.E. Fitzgerald adopted as read.

The minutes of the special meeting held May 21st were read and on motion by A.E. Fitzgerald seconded by W Rabalais adopted as read.

Motion by A.E. Fitzgerald seconded by J.C. Burton that all outstanding bills are paid.

There being no further business before the Council motion by A.E. Fitzgerald seconded by J.C. Burton meeting adjourned.
