SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ADDIS, February 7, 1979

A special meeting was held on February 7, 1979 at 6:30 P.m. to give the public an opportunity to express their views on the probable use of the tenth entitlement period Federal Revenue Sharing Funds.

Present: Mayor Warren E. Fitzgerald; Aldermen: Robert W. Rabalais; B. J. DeBlanc, Jr.; Hilton Guidry, Jr.; G. P. Carroll; John Richard.

Public safety (fire and police departments) street improvements and equipment for town maintenance were discussed as possible uses for these funds. These items will be taken under consideration for inclusion in the budget for the forthcoming Federal Revenue Sharing Funds.

After the discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Richard, seconded by Mr. DeBlanc and carried that the meeting be adjourned.
