TOWN OF ADDIS MINUTES

The following motion was made and duly adopted at the special meeting of the Mayor and Town Council held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at the Addis Municipal Center:

“A motion was made by Councilman Toups, 2nd by Councilman Cazes that the following entitled ordinance be introduced for consideration of adoption by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Addis, State of Louisiana, after a public hearing is held thereon at a special meeting of the Mayor and Town Council to be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Addis Municipal Center, said ordinance being entitled as follows:

Ordinance #2009-7
“An ordinance authorizing the issuance of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($1,750,000) of Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2009, of the
Town of Addis, State of Louisiana (the “Bonds”); prescribing the form, terms
and conditions of said Bonds; designating the date, denomination and place
of payment of the Bonds; providing for the payment thereof in principal and
interest; providing for the sale of the Bonds to the Louisiana Department of
Environmental Quality; and providing for other matters in connection there-
with.”
