VILLAGE OF ADDIS MINUTES

The regular monthly meeting of the mayor and aldermen of the Village of Addis was held on October 5, 1976.

Present: Mayor Warren Fitzgerald, Aldermen Robert Rabalais, Hilton Guidry, Jr., and B.J. DeBlanc, Jr.

Absent: None

A motion was made by Mr. Rabalais, seconded by Mr. DeBlanc and carried that the minutes of the meetings of September 7, and 21, 1976 be adopted. as read.

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE Town of Addis, Wednesday, November 14, 1979

A special meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen was held at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 14, 1979 at the Town Hall.

Present: Mayor Pro Tempore Rabalais; Aldermen ~I DeBlanc, Guidry; Richard.

Absent: Mayor W. E. Fitzgerald; Alderman  Carroll.

This meeting was called to discuss action to be taken in regards to an alleged ordinance violation by Fisher's Trailer Park owner.

A special meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen for the Town of Addis was held on Wednesday, May 9, 1979 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall.

Present: Mayor Warren E. Fitzgerald; Aldermen Robert W. Rabalais, Hilton Guidry, Jr., B. J. DeBlanc, Jr., John Richard.

Absent: G. P. Carroll

The approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of May 2, 1979 were deferred until the regular June meeting on a motion by Rabalais, seconded by Guidry and approved.

The regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen for the Town of Addis was held on Wednesday, May 6, 1981 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall.

Present: Mayor Bourgeois; Aldermen Carroll; DeBlanc; Fitzgerald; Guidry; Richard.

Absent: None

The minutes of the April 1, 1981 general meeting were approved on a motion by Aldermen Fitzgerald, seconded by Alderman Guidry.

The minutes of the April 8, 1981 special meeting were approved, as mailed on a motion by Alderman Carroll, seconded by Alderman Richard.

The regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen for the Town of Addis was held at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 1, 1996 at the Addis Municipal Center. Mayor Pro-Tempore LeBlanc called the meeting to order and led the Pledge to the Flag.

Roll Call: Present: Mayor Pro-Temp LeBlanc; Aldermen Cazes; B. Landry; H. Landry; Parrish.

Absent: Mayor Bourgeois

The minutes of the regular meeting of April 3rd were approved, as mailed, on a motion by Alderman H. Landry, seconded by Alderman B. Landry and adopted.

Regular Meeting Wednesday, May 6, 1998

 The regular meeting of the Mayor and Town Council for the Town of Addis was called to order by Mayor Bourgeois at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, 1998 at the Addis Municipal Center. He then led the Pledge to the Flag.
    Roll Call: Present: Mayor Bourgeois; Councilmen Cazes; H. Landry; J. Landry; LeBlanc; Parrish.
     Absent: None

    The minutes of the April 1st regular meeting were approved, as mailed, on a motion by Councilman LeBlanc, seconded by Councilman Parrish and adopted.
