A special meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen was held on Tuesday, July 17, 1984 at the Town Hall to hold a discussion on a proposed sewer grant with Mr. Gary Beard of Beard Engineering.

Present: Mayor Bourgeois; Aldermen Carroll; DeBlanc; Fitzgerald; Landry.

Absent: Alderman LeBlanc.

Mr. Beard was not present at the beginning of the meeting. A motion was made by Alderman Carroll, seconded by Alderman DeBlanc

to add the following items to the agenda: (1) 2‑T Truck (2) Air­ conditioning in hall (3) Payment of bills. Motion adopted unanimously.

The regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen for the Town of Addis was held on Wednesday, January 5, 1983 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall.

Present: Mayor Bourgeois: Aldermen Carroll; DeBlanc; Fitzgerald; Guidry; LeBlanc. Absent: None

The minutes of the regular meeting of December 1, 1982 were approved, as mailed, on a motion by Alderman Carroll, seconded by Alderman LeBlanc.

The minutes of the special meeting of December 15, 1982 were approved, as corrected, on a motion by Alderman Carroll, seconded by Alderman Fitzgerald.

In accordance with a resolution, adopted at a special meeting of the Village Council of Addis, held March 18th, you are hereby instructed to meet on Tuesday March 25th to call a primary election for all Village officials, in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Date of said election to be set wishing 30 days of date committee meets. Election covers the following officials.

The mayor and aldermen of the Village of Addis held their monthly meeting on February 1, 1977.

Present: Mayor Warren Fitzgerald, Aldermen Robert Rabalais, and B. J. DeBlanc, and Hilton Guidry, Jr..

Absent: None

The minutes of the meetings of January 4, and 18, 1977 gyre read and adopted on a motion by Mr. Rabalais, seconded by Mr. DeBlanc and carried.

A motion was then made by Mr. DeBlanc, seconded by Mr. Guidry and carried that the following ordinance be offered for adoption.
