Mayor Bourgeois callled a special meeting of the Mayor and Town Council to handle the following business: (1) Bids-Force Main (2) Bids-Museum Park-Phase I (3) hold a public hearing and act on Ordinance #2009-2 (4) hold a public hearing and act on Ordinance #2009-3 (5) discuss new letterhead and business cards (6) and add any other business to the agenda. The meeting was held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at the Addis Municipal Center.

TOWN OF ADDIS MINUTES

A special meeting was called by Mayor Bourgeois and held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2009, to (1) hold a public hearing and take necessary action on the proposed bond issue, (2) Open and act on bids for highway grass cutting, (3) discuss a sewer problem at Plantation Ridge Subdivision, and (4) handle any other business properly introduced.

A special meeting of the Mayor and Town Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at the Addis Municipal Center by Mayor Carroll Bourgeois. The meeting was called by Mayor Bourgeois to discuss DEQ bond issues; National League of Cities; Employee Annual Meeting; LMA Convention; Sewer rates, police business requested by Chief Anderson and any other business properly presented.

A special meeting of the Mayor and Town Council for the Town of Addis was called by Mayor Bourgeois and held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at the Addis Municipal Center. The meeting was called to hold a public hearing and act on Ordinance #2009-7 “Bond Ordinance:; introduce an ordinance to change the regular meeting time; discuss capital expenditures; update information on the museum project and Plantation Ridge Subdivision; discuss I.D. Management; and any other business which is properly added to the agenda.
